Sunny Settlements was founded in 2022 by two of the region's premier real estate agents, Brian Foraker and Corey Harris. They recognized the significance of a seamless settlement process for both realtors and buyers and, fueled by this understanding, they established Sunny Settlements.
With a combined experience of over 20 years in real estate, Brian and Corey deeply comprehend the settlement intricacies from a realtor's perspective. In 2023, to further the company's growth and elevate customer service, Rob joined the team as a partner. His addition has been instrumental in furthering the company's mission and enhancing the customer experience.
Notably, we have the talented Madison Boyer spearheading our Maryland office as a partner. Her expertise and dedication further solidify our commitment to providing top-notch service in every region we operate.
